Network Estates Ltd was established in 1999 by the management team 

of a former quoted property company with the aim of investing in 

predominately industrial and warehouse property. The companies primary 

objective is to maximise its property interests through professional, creative 

and proactive property solutions. 

 

 

Whilst the company has undertaken direct property 

development of both office and Industrial property, it 

now concentrates upon Industrial and Trade Counter 

investments within England and is seeking to acquire 

interests between £500,000 and £2,000,000.
